Physical Wellbeing is concerned with meeting the body's requirements for physical activity, diet, and nutrition. This means having knowledge of what and how much to eat and be active to achieve and/or maintain a healthful lifestyle. There is a common perception that a healthy lifestyle is about eating expensive, tasteless food, and going to the gym.

This program is perfect for the individual or family who does not have proper knowledge of what and how much to eat, desires to gain this knowledge, is willing to make a few changes, and put in the work to achieve results. There is also an activity component. We will explore all types of physical activities, discuss what an active lifestyle is for you, and develop a plan to get started.

Aspects of our programming are adopted from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), health initiative called "Healthy People 2030", National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and other research based sources.
